The Grand Hotel Polyana is a new luxury ski and spa resort, situated 45 km from the Sochi international airport and the Black Sea coast, in the river valley Achipse on the altitude of 680 m above the sea level, being one of the most beautiful places in the world. The territory of 65 hectares is surrounded by the highest ridges of the Caucasian Mountains Achishkho and Aibga up to 2 500 m high, that create a natural wind protection, mild climate and a perfect conditions for holiday and sport activities. 

Cable car is one of the main attractions of the resort. The upper station of the cable road is on 1 436 m above the sea level on the plateau Psekhako, where you can enjoy the wonderful view on the river and mountains. There are 16 different roads are planned with different difficulty beginning from A- easiest to F - extra difficult. At the moment 8 roads are operating, 3 of them gives possibility for night skiing. Grand Hotel Polyana is a perfect place for holiday, health procedures and sport activities.

The hotel offers rooms of exceptional grace and comfort, designed in soft colors, in the classic art deco style, predominantly made in Italian furniture from expensive wood and fulfilling pictures with landscapes. All the bedrooms are providing stunning panoramic views overlooking the Mountain River and ranges of Caucasian mountains. The total area of some bedrooms is expending by balcony, where you can enjoy fresh mountain air, drink a cup of tea or have a breakfast with the morning sun.

Bathrooms are spacious and designed for absolute comfort, offering an exceptional combination of style and function, including soft bathrobe and slippers, also 'BULGARI' amenities. All rooms, suites and villas are equipped with plasma TV, satellite channels, climate-control, several telephones, Internet, mini-bars, electronic safes and tea set. Walls and windows of all rooms have perfect sound proofing conditions. All rooms of the higher category are equipped with stereo-systems.

Deluxe - a spacious room, about 32-37 m², added by the hall and bathroom, with comfortable king-size bed or two queen-size beds, coffee table, bedside tables and two soft armchairs which fulfill the interior, desk with cabinets, mirror and luggage rack add functionality.

Studio - an elegant room, about 76-98 m², consists of bedroom, living room and a spacious balcony. Passing the hall you get into the large bedroom with bronze lamps and king-size bed and living room with comfortable sofa, soft armchairs and coffee-table. Mansard ceiling in the room makes the room house-comfort.

Suite is a spacious room, about 52-119m² with living-room and bedroom. Sofa, soft comfortable armchair and coffee-table make the living-room a perfect place for rest and meeting. From the living-room you get into the bedroom with a king-size bed, wardrobe and desk. The bedroom and living-room are connected by the balcony, where you can spend some time with the friends or enjoy the stars at night. The bathroom can be reached both from the hall and from the bedroom

Family suite is the largest room in the hotel, about 105-112 m² with living-room, two bedrooms, two separate bathrooms, hall and terrace. From the living-room you will get into the small bedroom with two queen-size beds and to the main bedroom with king-size bed. The terrace enlarges the room and brings you closer to the mountains.

Business Luxe is a spacious room designed for comfortable leisure time and productive work. The bedroom and living room are accompanied by an office with a terrace offering stunning river views. The total floor area is 91 m2

Honeymoon studio is a luxurious accommodation of around 58 m?. It is decorated in classic silvery-green tones and includes a bedroom and living room. The bathroom comes complete with a Jacuzzi and plasma TV.

Villa is a two-storey house on a resort territory that can accommodate up to 7 persons, about 160m².  Each villa has a spacious living-room with rest-zone, big dinning-table and kitchen, five bedrooms, five bathrooms and sauna on the first floor of the villa. The living-room is furnished with the comfortable sofa and arm-chairs, DVD-player to play your favorite movies and family archives, stereo-system. Dinner can be prepared by our chefs or by yourself, all the necessary facilities at your disposal. The first floor is about 95 m2.

Wooden spiral stairs lead on the second floor, with the four spacious bedrooms, separated bathrooms and small room for an evening gathering. Two bedrooms are with king-size beds and two other bedrooms with queen-size beds. The wonderful view on the river and mountains opens from the balconies and terraces. Second floor is about 60 m².  Villa has its own sauna. Wooden surfaces are imbued with a special defensive fireproof liquid. All the bathrooms have warm-floors and temperature-controlling consoles in each room. All the rooms have natural air-conditioning, fire-safety system; radiator with temperature-controlling panel in each room. You can use your private car parking in front of villas or be transferred by our electro car.
