OvsyankaThe village Ovsyanka situated between Krasnoyarsk and Divnogorsk, on the right bank of Yenisey, was founded in 1671. Victor Astafiev, the writer, was born in this village. It was him who initiated building the library and the church of the St. Innocent of Irkutsk here.
