Unique design research turned 'Sudar' into a noble manor of late 18th - early 19th centuries. Without rising from your table, you can look through antique volumes of poetic and prosaic ideas of the gone-by times; study the collection of a lady-traveler and write a couple of French lines into her album. The noble Russian cuisine is the main feature of the eatery; it is ingenuous and plentiful. Restaurant's Chef presents a graceful approach to the recipes collected in ancient culinary books. When you open the pages of the ancient menu, you are not just reading, you are communicating with the cook, 'we are slicing the meat, then marinating it in vodka and liqueur for 20 hours, then... ' and so on. And, certainly, there is no way to hide the hospitable atmosphere of meeting and serving each visitor.
