The interior of the Aquarelle Restaurant is designed in minimalist style. The cuisine is Mediterranean with European esthetics of food presentation. The restaurant's hit is a unique dish of fresh shrimp and fish caught near the coasts of equatorial Africa in the purest waters of the Atlantic and prepared the way you wish - grilled, steamed, or baked in sea salt. At 8 o'clock in the evening the soft lighting of the hall gradually grows brighter; this changes the entire atmosphere, and the elegant restaurant transforms into a fashionable karaoke club with professional equipment. Now no one can resist temptation of testing one's vocal gifts by singing to the accompaniment of karaoke. The wonderful aura created by the cozy interior and relaxing music make Aquarelle a perfect place for a pleasant rest and an unhurried conversation.
